I’m Vanessa. At the core of my practice is my belief in your inner wisdom and strength. I bring a holistic trauma-informed approach that sees the whole you: body, mind, and spirit. Integrating Somatic Experiencing, EMDR, Emotion-focused therapy, inner child work yoga and mindfulness and several other modalities I foster a safe, healing environment. My approach is warm and playful. I welcome laughter in our sessions.
